![]() Subject: Re: NVDA broken and cannot reinstall after windows system restoreWelcome to the Chocolatey Community Package Repository! The packages found in this section of the site are provided, maintained, and moderated by the community. I’ve tried restarting, runnrunning the installer with administrative privileges, manually deleting NVDA from my app data folder but no luck. ![]() When I do this, I get a few seconds of the music that typically plays, but then the installer window abruptly disappears and the windows accessibility settings Window pops up for some reason. I uninstalled it, downloaded the latest installer from the website and tried reinstalling it. When it came up, NVDA appeared in the start menu and in the uninstall apps list but Nothing happens when I try to run it. The restore seemed to succeed and the machine rebooted. I performed a system restore on my windows 11 work laptop today, going back to the most recent restore point, which was January 15, so not that long ago.
